John Gulson

Family Support Worker

Mr M Shebl is our Family Support Worker in school.

Our families are so important to us, we are a community, and we help each other out – this is one of the many beautiful things about John Gulson.

Mr Shebl is available to ensure families receive the right help at the right time. He is able to support with all sorts of things like, admission to school, sourcing uniform, signposting to supportive agencies, help with benefit advice, food bank, support signing up to APPs used in school, parenting support and lots more.

He is a friendly and supportive ear.

Mr Shebl also runs many events for families like stay and play for toddlers every Thursday 9-10 (pre school children and parents) parent / child events in school, adult education and sign posting / support with signing up to EAL classes.

If you require any support, please do ask for an appointment to see Mr Shebl, catch him on the gate or attend his weekly drop in session on a Wednesday afternoon along with Mrs Rashid.
