Complaints Procedure

At John Gulson Primary School, we pride ourselves on working closely with our parents and carers to deliver the best possible outcomes for every child within our care. We operate an open-door policy and actively encourage our families to make use of this.

Parents and carers can speak to their child's class teacher via Class Dojo, telephone or by making an appointment to come into school to meet with them. 

Parents and carers can also make an appointment to see any member of the Senior Leadership Team by contacting the school office. 

In the event that parents and carers feel that their concerns have not been addressed adequately, then we have a Parents/Carers Complaints Procedure that will be followed.
