It’s hockey weekend in Coventry and the Blaze need YOUR support for two huge home games.

Saturday 9th November vs. Guildford Flames (Challenge Cup) 7pm face-off

After this weekend’s results, the Blaze will face a ‘play-in’ game vs. Manchester Storm and the winner will qualify for the quarterfinals of the Challenge Cup.

The venue for this game is to be decided, based on the Blaze getting at least a point on Saturday vs. Guildford. To have that home advantage would be massive, so the result of this game is crucial.

Sunday 10th November vs. Glasgow Clan (Elite League) 5.30pm face-off

One word sums up the first meeting between these two in Scotland – bonkers.

Blaze came from behind twice to eventually win by an incredible score-line of 6-8 just a couple of weeks ago.

If this game is anything like that – they’ll be selling you the whole seat, but you’ll only need the edge.

A ticket for the game vs. Glasgow will also include free ice-skating and skate hire (beginning around 7.30pm).

As well as the thrilling on-ice action, there will be plenty going on off-ice and between periods with raffles, games; including the hard-hitting bubble ball, the bar will be open, and pizza is available to take to your seat from Papa John’s.

Through their Sport in the Community programme, in partnership with Kits Academy you can get tickets for both/either game for a special price of:

£10 adults – £7 under-16’s (per-game, max 5 per-person)

To book, just email coventryblazehockey@gmail.com

and quote the name of our school

Tickets will be collected and paid for (in cash) on the night of the game.

And that’s not all, if you go to both games, on the Sunday, you can pick up a free copy of the official monthly Blaze magazine OnFire when paying for and collecting your tickets.
