With Tim Peake landing safely back on Earth this week from his trip to the International Space Station, the children have been learning about what it is like in space. They have talked about the different planets in our Solar System, what the moon is made of (not cheese!), and what astronauts have to wear in space so that they can be breathe and be safe. The children have also been using their imagination and creative skills to design and make space rockets!
The children have also been preparing for their assemblies. All of the children have been practising their lines and the songs, and have been painting the sets so that it looks fabulous for mums and dads when they come to watch the children perform!
