Last Friday some of the year 6 children took part in a science event alongside other schools in Coventry.
The children were asked to think and behave as scientists working at a natural history museum. They were provided with the opportunity to build upon the skills necessary to work and behave as a paelontologist, piecing together evidence to discover a new dinosaur.
The children used their knowledge and understanding to realise the importance of fossils, they developed careful methodical observations, asked searching scientific questions and drew upon logical conclusions to present their findings to an audience.
Well done to all the children that took part, we are so proud of you!
