Ethnic Minority Action Partnership (CEMAP) has secured funding to run a series of Health and Wellbeing Workshops targeting Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities in Coventry who currently experience the worst health inequalities and who are at the greatest risk of reduced quality of life due to health issues.
Our Free Exercise Classes sessions are starting from Thursday 4 February to 14 April 2016 will run for 10 weeks. The workshops are open to all BAME communities who are interested in health and wellbeing. The exercise classes include:
Gentle to moderate fun physical activity sessions
Taster’s such as Zumba, fun group exercise, Tai Chi, Pilates
A chance to meet local people, share ideas and experiences
Support and advice from Coventry
City Council’s Healthy Lifestyle coaches
